The general terms and conditions of the online store natcosmetics.si are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 130/22). and international codes for e-commerce

The online store natcosmetics.si is managed by the company CREATIVE RESEARCH CENTRE FOR NATURAL COSMETICS, Nataša Kovačić, s.p.

Please read the general terms and conditions of the online store carefully, as they bind you at the moment you enter our online store. It is considered that with each transaction made through our online store, you are familiar with the entire content of the general terms and conditions and have consented to the offered general terms and conditions without restrictions.

In the online store natcosmetics.si can be purchased by registered and unregistered users. When registering in the online store system, you obtain a username and password, which is the same as the e-mail address and password. The username and password of the user unambiguously determine and link to the entered data. By registering, the visitor shortens the order process, as he does not have to fill in personal data every time.

The provider reserves the right to make any changes to the general terms and conditions without special notice. Changes are valid from the moment of publication and are binding on the user.

The online store is open daily, 24 hours a day. For various technical reasons, doing business through an online store or even accessing a store is sometimes impossible. Therefore, the provider reserves the right to limit or completely stop the sale of some or even all products for a certain or indefinite period of time, or to limit or completely stop access to the online store page for a certain or indefinite period of time. The provider assumes no responsibility for the non-functioning of the store due to ignorance of use, any consequences of misuse of the online store, non-functioning of the service due to network failure, power outage or other technical disturbances that could temporarily, even for a longer time, interfere with the use.

  1. PURCHASE PROCESS

2.1. Purchase as “registered user” or “guest”

You can execute your order as a registered user or as a guest.

2.1.1 Purchase as a “guest”

In case you decide to buy as a guest, you must re-enter your personal information every time you make a purchase. Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Confirm your registration by clicking on the CONTINUE button.

In case you leave any mandatory field blank, you will be directed back to the registration form, where it will be indicated which information you forgot to enter or where you made a mistake.

2.1.2 Purchase as a registered user

If you want to register in the natcosmetics.si online store, you need a valid e-mail address for registration, where you will be sent an e-mail with registration data. When registering, you must enter your personal data. By registering, you save time on subsequent purchases, as you do not have to re-enter personal information every time, and you also have a history of previous orders in your MY ACCOUNT profile.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Confirm your registration by clicking on the CONTINUE button. In case you leave any mandatory field blank, you will be directed back to the registration form, where it will be indicated which information you forgot to enter or where you made a mistake.

After entering the information correctly, it will appear on the next page that an e-mail with registration information has been sent to you at the entered e-mail address.

If you don’t receive your activation email, check your Junk or Spam folder. In case it is not located in the specified folder, please inform us by e-mail: info@natcosmetics.si.

To get an overview of our product range, browse our online catalogues, promotions or read product-specific descriptions. On the left side you have various filters that allow you to get to the desired product as quickly as possible. An easy product search is also provided by the keyword search located at the top right.

Once you have found the item you want to order, click on the V Cart icon. At the top right of  the CART you  can track how many items you have in it. If you pause on the Cart button, you will see a list of the items you have in your cart, the total amount and the button CHECKOUT.

When you want to complete  your purchase, click on the CHECKOUT button in the CART and follow the purchase steps.

2.2. Steps of the purchase process

2.2.1 Basket

After clicking on the VIEW CART button, you can change the quantities of selected products as you wish and press the UPDATE QUANTITIES button next to it. Next comes the button TO CHECKOUT.

2.2.2 At checkout:

2.2.2.1. Option to purchase: If you are already logged in, you will use your profile to choose a payment method, otherwise you must register or log in beforehand. However, you can also make a purchase as a “guest” and enter all the necessary information for delivery with each order.

2.2.2.2. Payer’s address: Check your delivery details and click the CONTINUE button. Next comes the button DELIVERY DETAILS.

2.2.2.3. Delivery details: Select the delivery address (either an existing address or a new one). Click the CONTINUE button.

2.2.2.4. Delivery method: You select the delivery method for the order. Click the CONTINUE button. Next comes THE PAYMENT METHOD.

2.2.2.5. Payment method: Select the payment method for the purchase and tick the icon where it says that you have read and agree with the General Terms and Conditions. Next comes the CONTINUE button.

2.2.2.6. Order confirmation:  Review the order again and confirm it on the button: CONFIRM ORDER.

The order is completed. Your order has been placed for further processing.

You can track the history and status of orders at any time in MY ACCOUNT by clicking on History. The purchase contract (i.e. the first electronic order status message) is stored electronically on the Natcosmetics server  and is available to consumers upon their written request.

Each package also contains a physical invoice, which the customer can also receive by e-mail address.

You will also receive all information about the order to your e-mail address.

3) Payment

3.1. PAYMENT METHODS EU countries

When shopping online, the provider offers the following payment methods:
3.1.1 PayPal
We accept payment by Paypal.

3.1.2. Debit or credit card payment

We offer payments with MasterCard (Maestro) and VISA cards. When you make a debit or credit card payment, your order will be processed immediately. Once your card details have been verified and approved by the ActivaPaymentGateway system, your package will be placed at the post office.

  1. PRICES

All prices in the online store are in euros and include VAT (value added tax).

All orders are subject to current prices. When making a purchase, we will take into account the price in force upon payment confirmation.

The prices of products currently apply, but we can change them without notice.

4.1. Promotions-discounts

The validity periods of the promotional offer are valid until cancelled. When purchasing, the prices are valid at the time of order confirmation. The offer is valid until cancelled.

Users of the online store can buy products at special prices and discounted prices. Various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such. Also, for each product to which the promotion or discount price applies, the conditions of participation in them will be clearly defined.

4.2. Promo codes for discount and gift voucher

As a way of special promotion, users can also purchase certain products using promotional discount codes or gift vouchers, which they receive in various ways (via SMS, on flyers, on social networks …). The promo code brings various benefits when buying and is time-limited. The codes and rules of use will be clearly defined. Entering the code is enabled for each product, namely in the first step of the online order – Cart.

  1. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

The provider undertakes to protect your privacy. All personal data of the user of the online store is confidential and will in no case be forwarded to unauthorized persons.

You can visit most pages in our online store without disclosing your personal information, such as your name, address and email address. However, some information is obtained automatically through the use of cookies and pixel tags, standard tools in the online industry. The use of cookies and web beacons allows us to recognize your IP address, the type of browser you are using, and your general online activity. If you turn off cookies on your computer, it will not be possible to make a purchase in the online store.

In order to make a purchase in our online store, we need your personal data. We do not disclose the information you provide to third parties, except for the purpose of confirming the validity of a payment card purchase, product delivery, marketing and promotion. The provider takes all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of personal data.

The user himself is also responsible for the protection of personal data by taking care of the security of his username and password and appropriate software (antivirus) protection of his computer.

  1. ORDERING

6.1. Order processing

The online store will start the activities necessary for the execution of the accepted order immediately after its receipt.

6.2. Rejection of the order

An order that is found to be impossible to execute under the stated conditions and the information available to the online store is rejected. The consumer cannot request the fulfillment of such an order.

6.3. Order storage

The submitted electronic order or concluded purchase contract is stored at the company’s headquarters. The consumer can track all his orders on his profile.

6.4. Withdrawal from the purchase and return of goods and non-acceptance of goods

In accordance with Article 134 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer may, within 14 days of receiving the goods, notify the provider in writing of the withdrawal from the contract or order to the e-mail address  of the info@natcosmetics.si, without having to state the reason for his decision. The consumer may provide notice of withdrawal to the business by means of an unequivocal statement clearly stating that he is withdrawing from the contract.

Withdrawal from the contract is not possible for goods:

  1. for goods or services the price of which depends on fluctuations in markets beyond the control of the business and which may occur within the period of withdrawal;
  2. for goods that are manufactured according to the exact instructions of the consumer and adapted to his personal needs;
  3. for goods which, by their nature, are unfit for return, perishable or expire rapidly;
  4. sealed goods which are not eligible for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the consumer has opened the seal after delivery; if the packaging is opened or damaged;
  5. goods which, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other objects.

All costs of uncollected goods or shipping returned goods are on the buyer’s side.

The following costs shall be borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract or non-acceptance of the goods:

– postage (according to Pošta Slovenije’s price list)

Upon return, the products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, unchanged in quantity and in their original packaging. It is also mandatory to attach to the refund a copy of the invoice for the goods, personal data and a transaction account to which the buyer wishes to receive the refunded payment.

The buyer must return the goods to the company within 14 days after a written message to the address: CREATIVE RESEARCH CENTRE FOR NATURAL COSMETICS, Nataša Kovačić, s.p., Proseniško 102, 3230 Šentjur, Slovenia, with the annotation Web sales.

The provider shall refund the purchase price to the buyer as soon as possible or at the latest within 14 days of receiving the returned shipment. The business shall return the payments received to the consumer using the same means of payment as used by the consumer, unless the consumer has explicitly requested the use of another means of payment and the consumer bears no costs as a result.

6.5. Remedies for lack of conformity of goods

The seller shall deliver to the consumer goods that meet the requirements of Articles 72, 73 and 74 of this Act, where applicable, and shall be liable for any lack of conformity that the goods had at the time of delivery.

The goods shall conform to the sales contract in particular, where applicable:

  1. it corresponds to the description, type, quantity and quality and has functionality, compatibility, interoperability and other characteristics as required by the sales contract;
  2. it is fit for a specific purpose for which the consumer requires it and which the consumer made known to the seller at the latest at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract and which the seller has consented to;
  3. is supplied with all accessories and instructions, including installation instructions, as specified in the sales contract; and
  4. be updated as specified in the sales contract.

In addition to meeting the requirements of the previous Article, goods must also:

  1. be fit for the purposes for which goods of the same type are normally used, taking into account, where appropriate, other regulations, technical standards or, in the absence of such technical standards, sector-specific industry codes of conduct;
  2. be of such quality and correspond where appropriate to the description of the sample or model that the seller has made available to the consumer before the conclusion of the sales contract;
  3. be supplied together with such accessories, including packaging, installation instructions or other instructions, which the consumer can reasonably expect to receive, where appropriate; and
  4. be of a quantity and possess characteristics and other characteristics, including as regards durability, functionality, compatibility and safety, as are customary for goods of the same type and which the consumer can reasonably expect, given the nature of the goods and taking into account any public statement made in advertising or labelling by or on behalf of the seller or other persons in previous links of the chain of transactions, including the manufacturer, unless the seller proves that:

– he was not aware, and could not reasonably be expected to have known, of the public statement,

– by the time the contract of sale was concluded, the public statement has been corrected in the same or comparable manner to that given, or

– the public statement could not influence the decision to purchase the goods.

The seller shall not be liable for a lack of conformity of the goods resulting from non-compliance with the objective requirements for conformity of the goods, if the seller specifically informed the consumer at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract that a particular characteristic of the goods deviates from the objective requirements for conformity and the previous Article and the consumer expressly and separately accepted this deviation when concluding the sales contract.

The consumer may exercise his rights due to non-conformity of the goods if he informed the company CREATIVE RESEARCH CENTRE FOR NATURAL COSMETICS, Nataša Kovačić, s.p., under the conditions and in the following order:

  1. requires the goods to be brought into conformity free of charge (repair or replacement);
  2. request a reduction in the purchase price in proportion to the lack of conformity or withdraw from the sales contract and demand a refund of the amount paid.

Bringing goods into conformity free of charge

The consumer may request that, within a reasonable period from the moment he notifies the non-conformity  of the goods, the company CREATIVE RESEARCH CENTRE FOR NATURAL COSMETICS, Nataša Kovačić, s.p., which does  not exceed 30 days, to bring the goods into conformity free of charge without significant inconvenience for the consumer, taking into account, in particular, the nature of the goods and the purpose for which the consumer needs the goods. The deadline may be extended to the minimum time necessary to complete repair or replacement, but by a maximum of 15 days. When fixing the extended period, account shall be taken of the nature and complexity of the goods, the nature and gravity of the lack of conformity, and the effort required to complete repair or replacement. The number of days for extending the deadline and the reasons for extending it CREATIVE RESEARCH CENTRE FOR NATURAL COSMETICS, Nataša Kovačić, s.p.,  informs the consumer before the expiration of the 30-day deadline.

Replacement

In order to establish the conformity of the goods, we allow buyers to choose between repairing goods or replacing goods with new goods. Exchange is possible within 7 days or by sending products to our address.

The consumer may exercise his rights under warranty remedies if he notifies the seller of the defect within the statutory period. The consumer must accurately describe the defect in the error notice and allow the seller to inspect the item.

The seller is liable for the lack of conformity of the goods in accordance with the provisions of civil law. Consumers are subject to the provisions of consumer protection law even if they depart from the rules set out below. The seller is not liable for the lack of conformity of the goods, which manifests itself after two years have passed since the date of purchase.

Withdrawal from the contract due to lack of conformity of goods

If the buyer withdraws from the contract due to non-conformity  of the goods, the CREATIVE RESEARCH CENTRE FOR NATURAL COSMETICS, Nataša Kovačić, s.p., will carry out the return of the payment immediately as soon as possible, but no later than within 8 days after receiving the goods or proof that the consumer sent the goods back. The company returns the received payments to the consumer to the card with which he paid for his purchase online or to the selected bank account.

  1. DELIVERY AROUND THE WORLD

7.1.1 Delivery of your order

Orders received by 12:00 are prepared and shipped on the same day. All orders received after 12 p.m. are prepared and shipped the next business day. In case of increased volume of orders, the shipping period may be extended.

In the event that the goods you ordered are not in stock, we will agree on a delivery time with you.

We send goods through the company Pošta Slovenije. We do not ship goods on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

International parcels are despatched and the delivery costs vary according to destination.

We can deliver to most EU countries, except where we have an exclusive distribution partner.

7.1.2 Delivery costs for EU countries

The contractual partner for parcel delivery is Pošta Slovenije. The buyer covers postage in case of purchases lower than 60 €. The cost of delivery with purchase is 15,00 € and is displayed at the completion of your order and is registered on the invoice that you receive together with the ordered products.

The cost of delivery with a purchase of up to 2 kg is 15,00 EUR, from 2 to 5 kg is 25,00 EUR, from 5 to 10 kg is 35,00 EUR and from 10 to 15 kg is 50,00 EUR.

  1. COMPLAINTS and WRONG GOODS

8.1. Complaints

All products are inspected and shipped undamaged before delivery. We will carefully pack your products in a delivery box to get to you undamaged and in their original packaging.

Inspect goods received immediately. In accordance with Article 68 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to immediately refuse the courier who delivered the goods in the event of damage to the product that occurred during transport. So do not pick up the product. They complete the complaint record with the courier, which is the basis for resolving the complaint. Based on this, we will replace the damaged product with a new one.

You can inform us about the complaint directly to the e-mail info@natcosmetics.si so that the matter will be resolved as quickly as possible.

8.2. Wrong goods

Inspect the received goods immediately. If there are incorrect goods in the sent package, the buyer must notify the store no later than 3 days after receipt natcosmetics.si to the e-mail address of the info@natcosmetics.si. Based on the appropriate notice, the online store natcosmetics.si the customer replace the  product in the shortest possible time. After receiving the returned product at the company’s headquarters, the right product is sent to the buyer.

Shopping and paying through the online store is safe.

All monetary transactions made in the online store are protected by the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol and the secure data encryption protocol.

All payments made with a payment card are processed in real time for your security and well-being with immediate verification of data at banks. Payment can be made by payment card (Maestro, Activa Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Diners Club).

All information you provide to us is encrypted using SSL data encryption technology. This advanced data encryption process makes it possible to prevent personal data from being intercepted. Personal data is transferred in encrypted form from your computer to the bank’s authorization server and is not stored on the provider’s server. To check if your browser is in safe mode while paying, look for the lock icon in the bottom corner or at the end of your browser’s address bar.

These items may not be copied for commercial use or distribution, nor may they be modified or republished on other websites. This website may also contain images for which the provider has acquired the right to use, but which are protected by third-party copyright.

Under no circumstances shall the provider be liable for any links that are not part of this website or any other websites that are or are not linked to this website. The provider declines all responsibility for the correctness of any information available on these linked pages and any products or services available on these websites.

The provider strives to do his best to resolve any disputes amicably.

In the case of court dispute resolution, the competent court is the court of residence of the consumer.

12.1. Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate in accordance with the Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act. Natcosmetics, which as a provider of goods and services facilitates online trade in Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the platform for online resolution of consumer disputes (SRPS). The platform is available to consumers at the link HERE. That regime stems from the Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act, Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
